Who provides the game

Tsumeri Studio provides Gummy Drop Blocks. Tsumeri Studio is the developer’s publishing brand. This policy covers local play and the optional payment and advertising services enabled in your edition. Editor previews are simulations and do not process real payments or request live advertisements. Use the developer contact on your store listing for privacy questions or requests.

Offline play and local storage

You can play without an internet connection or a player login. The game stores progress, scores, settings, tutorial state, Gummies, powerups, purchase delivery records, unlocks, membership dates and claims on your device. It also stores an anonymous installation identifier and a secret session token when online purchase verification or verified ad rewards are enabled. The developer does not provide cloud storage or synchronization of your puzzle progress or Gummy balance. Device or store backups and transfers may retain app data depending on your build and device. Clearing app data or uninstalling can erase progress and consumables.

Online purchase verification

When real purchases are enabled, your selected store processes payment and account information. The game does not receive your full payment card number. Over HTTPS, the game sends the store name, app package identifier, product identifier, purchase token or transaction identifier, receipt proof, an anonymous installation identifier and session authorization to the developer's verification service. A random request identifier binds each response to its request. The service checks the purchase with the payment store and retains a purchase-token hash, product identifier, original purchase time and delivery association to prevent duplicate delivery and support recovery. Google Play receives a hashed installation identifier with a new checkout. An installation identifier is a pseudonymous service record; it is not a social account, email address or player login.

Verified optional ad rewards

When you choose an available live rewarded ad, the game sends its verification service a random reward ticket, reward kind and, for a game-specific offer, a random run identifier. The ad provider receives the ticket and anonymous installation identifier as server-side verification data. The provider sends the verification service a signed completion callback containing ad-unit and network identifiers, reward settings, completion time and a transaction identifier. The service checks the signature and associates a single completion with the requested reward. A confirmation can arrive after the ad closes and be collected when the same installation reconnects. The service does not receive the puzzle board, move history, contact list or a cloud copy of your Gummy balance.

Network information and fraud prevention

The verification service receives your IP address as part of normal network communication. It keeps short-lived request counters associated with IP addresses and installation identifiers for rate limiting and service protection. These counters expire from active storage after 24 hours as requests are processed. The supplied service disables routine URL access logs. A hosting provider may separately process network and security logs under its policy. The game does not send developer analytics events, advertising identifiers or device-integrity tokens to the supplied verification service. Advertising SDKs may independently collect information described below. New integrity checks or additional telemetry require a policy update before activation.

Advertisements and privacy choices

If live advertising is enabled, the advertising provider may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect its services. Processing depends on the provider, region and privacy choices. Where required, a separate privacy form or operating-system permission is requested before relevant advertising or tracking begins. Continuing to play or accepting the terms does not supply that permission. No Ads removes banners and forced breaks; optional reward ads still contact their provider when selected.

Sharing and independent providers

The developer's verification host processes the information needed to verify purchases, confirm rewards and maintain delivery records. The selected payment store and advertising provider independently process information needed for their services. The game's own code does not sell your local save or contact details. Providers may process information in other countries and have separate retention periods, safeguards and policies. Only providers enabled in your edition are contacted. Partner links require internet access; this policy is available offline.

Retention and security

Local information remains until you clear it or uninstall, subject to backup behavior. The verification service retains anonymous installation records, purchase delivery associations and original entitlement dates for recovery, duplicate prevention and purchase support. It retains unclaimed ad confirmations for delivery to the same installation and completion transaction records to prevent replay. Developer-held records are removed on a verified deletion request unless retention is needed for a dispute, fraud prevention or a legal obligation. Ask the developer for the retention applicable to a particular purchase. Server backups may retain earlier records until their backup cycle expires. The game uses HTTPS and verifies digitally signed delivery responses. No storage or software method guarantees complete security.

Your choices, requests and children

You can play offline, decline optional rewarded ads, use available ad privacy choices, change supported permissions and clear local app data. Clearing data can remove progress, consumables and the installation credential needed for automatic recovery; retain your store purchase records. Contact the developer through the store listing for access, correction, deletion, retention details or other privacy requests about developer-held data. Provide your store purchase record or installation identifier when needed to establish the relevant record; do not send your secret session token. Contact stores and ad providers for data they control. Regional rights may include objection, withdrawal of consent and complaints to a privacy authority. A parent or guardian should supervise children's purchases. Audience, advertising and age settings must comply with the requirements applicable to the released edition.

Changes and contact

This policy is updated when the game's services or data practices change. Its updated date appears above. Use the developer contact shown on the store listing where you obtained the game. Links below describe independent providers and do not mean every provider is active in your edition.
